Cowboy opens new brand store in Brussels

The minimalistic interior design of Cowboy's new brand store in Brussels

Cowboy, the renowned ebike brand, has just opened a new brand store in the heart of Brussels. Located very near the iconic Palais de Bruxelles, this state-of-the-art showroom presents an opportunity for customers to experience Cowboy's best-selling Classic and award-winning Cruiser and Cruiser ST models. The new brand store isn't just a regular store. It's a multi-use space that serves as a connection between Cowboy's software and hardware teams and their customers. This allows them to gather feedback, host community events, and continuously improve their products.

Committed to sustainability, Cowboy has partnered with Belgian company Durable to furnish the showroom with upcycled, locally crafted furniture. The minimalistic design not only highlights the original architecture but also reflects Cowboy's eco-conscious approach. This milestone aligns perfectly with Cowboy's omni-channel strategy, amplifying its presence across Europe through collaborations with over 140 independent retail shops. By strengthening its offline footprint, Cowboy ensures exceptional pre and post-sales support, with 34 partner stores in Belgium alone.

Cowboy's dedication to innovation has garnered recognition from publications worldwide. Awarded the Wallpaper* Smart Space Award 2023 for Most Revolutionary Personal Transport and featuring in Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2022, Cowboy continues to push boundaries in the industry. With over 60.000 bikes sold and a global community completing more than 1.5 million rides each month, Cowboy is revolutionising personal transportation.
