Jeff Koons x BMW – the artist designs an edition of the BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé

Last month, just before the IAA Mobility started, Jeff Koons and BMW announced its second collaboration at a special event at the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich. The artist will create an edition of the M850i xDrive Gran Coupé, which will celebrate its world premiere at Frieze Los Angeles in February 2022. How many cars will be available for sale, is still a secret.

Back in 2010, the American artist designed the BMW M3 GT2 Art Car that took part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. by the way, Jeff Koons is the most expensive living artist as its most famous work "Rabbit" was auctioned in New York for $91.1 million (around 81 million euros), which is a new world record.
