The electric scooter Plume Allure – when design, safety and sustainability meet

_ BRAND STORY

If you haven’t come across the young French mobility brand Plume yet, then it’s going to be time. Based in Hauts-de-France, Plume was founded by Fabrice Furlan in 2019 with the goal to solve the problem of urban congestion. Hence he and his team developed a clean, reliable and sustainable micro-mobility solution. The Plume Allure was born, the first electric scooter to be certified "Origine France Garantie®“.

More than 80% of the scooters’ components are designed, manufactured and assembled in France. For the battery, Plume partnered with the French brand Gouach. So the Plume Allure is not only equipped with a battery that is durable, it’s also repairable.

Besides the brands high approach towards quality and a sustainable production, they put special emphasis on the design. The Plume Allure stands out with its minimal, aesthetically-pleasing design. While developing and designing the Plume Allure, the brand always had its user in mind in terms of connectivity as well as safety. Providing scooter users optimum safety in road traffic was one of the aims as they are often not so visible especially in the evenings and at night. This model benefits from a powerful LED lighting, allowing to be easily seen in the urban jungle. The lighting includes headlights, parking lights and turn signals. Besides the scooter is IP65 rated meaning that its water and dust resistant. In addition, it has a connected display showing useful information such as speed, distance traveled, remaining range and much more.
