MINI has once again forged a new path of innovation and creativity by teaming up with Angell Mobility to launch its first electric bike, the MINI E-Bike 1. The product of this partnership is a technologically advanced, intelligent and connected bike that is available in two classic MINI colours; Vibrant Silver and Ocean Wave Green. With only 1959 units available worldwide – a nod to the year MINI was founded, each bike is numbered, making it a collector's item for bike enthusiasts and MINI lovers.
The MINI E-Bike 1 is available in two configurations: the "M" for taller riders and the "S" for smaller riders. The "M" showcases Angell’s iconic angled top tube, while the "S" features a convenient step-through style frame. Both models are available in Ocean Wave Green and Vibrant Silver, matching MINI's colour schemes for 2024. Hand-built in France using ultra-lightweight, aero grade aluminum, these bikes weigh around 17 kg, including the removable battery.
The MINI E-Bike 1, features a cutting-edge digital cockpit and an exclusive navigation system. This sleek bike comes with a specially designed mobile app and user-friendly interface, all customised by Angell Mobility to perfectly match the MINI E-Bike 1's style. With the app available on both IoS and Android, you can easily record your trips, personalise riding aids and preferences, and even locate and track your bike. Safety is a top priority with augmented intelligence and satellite tracking. The bike is equipped with collision alerts for rider protection, while GPS-connected front and rear lights and indicators provide added assistance and safety.
